About the Owner

 I am Maricel Morcilla Dave, a Filipino-New Zealand citizen, owner, and chef of Osaka Sushi House Waipukurau in Central Hawkesbay, New Zealand.

I have worked here before as a helper, and over the last three years, I have provided excellent service to our customers.

I was inspired and had dreamt of having this kind of business in the future. There it is, now a reality!

This is now my chance to exert my best and share more of my knowledge in cooking. I want the public to taste and patronize my recipe and make it a success with the help and support of my staff, who are very supportive of rendering good service.
